During this challenging time Unionville Equine’s commitment of providing superior veterinary care has never been more important. We recognize that this situation is very dynamic and evolving rapidly but know that our staff is taking this very seriously and we appreciate your understanding as we all navigate these unique times.
Our staff is working together to attempt to minimize our client and staff’s exposure to this virus. Preventing the spread through our staff will be paramount in allowing us to continue to provide service to our clients and patients. In the interest of all of our clients and staff, we request that any clients who are exhibiting symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath or breathing difficulties please refrain from entering the facility and being present during on farm appointments. Also, we request that only one person attend both in patient and on farm appointments, our staff is happy is assist if you are unwell and your horse needs to be seen. In addition if need be we are happy to consult with you after the appointment via phone.
For supply pick up please call our office before arriving and your supplies will be placed outside the front door for your convenience. During outpatient appointments please call our office upon arrival and we request that you remain in your vehicle until a staff member greets you. We will have staff available to assist with loading and unloading as only one client per horse will be authorized to enter the clinic per appointment. Again if needed we are happy to consult with you or another party via phone after the appointment.
