Kerri A. Bennett

Certified Veterinary Technician

Kerri Bennett has been with Unionville Equine since April 2018. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Technology from Wilson College in 2017. She knew from a young age she wanted to pursue her passion for horses and veterinary medicine. In the clinic, Kerri masterfully manages anesthesia cases, making sure our patients stay safe throughout surgical procedures, both on the table and standing. She also fills the top-notch role of being a technician both in the clinic and on the road, helping our veterinarians with a multitude of cases. She currently competes with her beautiful mare Devon in hunter/jumpers, which keeps her very busy. Kerri also enjoys spending time reading and has exquisite skills in photography.

Mary K. Croteau

Veterinary Technician

Mary has been a vet tech for over 30 years and has been with UEA since 2012. She wears many hats around the clinic but her primary focus is surgery. She has vast experience working closely with world-renowned surgeons as an OR technician at New Bolton Center for over 20 years, and she brought her multitude of skills to the OR at Unionville Equine. Anything surgery – ask Mary! She doubles as a very skilled technician on the road for us as well. Outside of the clinic, Mary spends much of her time riding horses and teaching (as a riding instructor and for up-and-coming veterinarians and technicians). She is such a great teacher she was recognized by winning a teaching award for the veterinary students at the University of Pennsylvania during her time there. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her beautiful family, often found walking the gorgeous Lancaster and Chester county countryside with her husband Robert and daughter Isabelle, along with their beloved dogs.

Bailey N. Poorman

Certified Veterinary Technician

Bailey has been with Unionville Equine since June of 2021. She joined us after completing a rigorous veterinary technician certification program through Harcum College. She is very passionate about her job and works hard to ensure our clients and their horses receive the best care alongside our veterinarians. Growing up exercising Thoroughbred racehorses has given her a key understanding of how to handle horses, young and old. Outside of Unionville, she continues to devote her time to the equine world by riding two off-the-track Thoroughbred racehorses – last year she even competed in the Retired Racehorse Project in Kentucky! When not seen with a horse in her hands, she can be found spending time with her friends and family.

Diane C. Kubilus

Certified Veterinary Technician

Diane has been with Unionville since 2019 and has many responsibilities within the hospital – managing the pharmacy being at the forefront. For all prescription orders that need to be filled or any ordering around the hospital or for stocking the vet trucks, she is your person! She has vast experience in the veterinary world, from being the foaling and broodmare manager at a large Thoroughbred farm to being a veterinary technician at a mixed animal hospital. Diane received her Bachelor’s in large animal science from Delaware Valley University and has an Associate’s in veterinary technology from Penn Foster College. Diane has the answer to just about any question that is thrown at her and is always willing to help out. Whether needed as a technician in-house or on the road, stand-in for surgery or anesthesia technician, or even in our laboratory, Diane can be counted on. She spends her free time with her family and their two dogs, Major and Sprite. They especially love outdoor activities like hiking and skiing and she thoroughly enjoys supporting her sons’ sporting and Scout events.
